_{I found the cutist clip of chibi russia bouncing (Clip is from Episode 57.)and was inspired to make an icon of it so i downloaded the clip croped it resized the cropped bit and then used animation shop to remove frames this had 20 something and is now down to about 11
and is small enough to use....YAyz.}
